Description
Les travaux à réaliser consistent à l'amélioration de 138 logements collectifs situés les Grands Prés à Evron, et concernent 11 bâtiments existants à savoir : Bâtiments E-F-G-H-I-J-M-N-O-P-R. Les travaux sont des travaux d'amélioration de l'existant et seront réalisés en site occupé. Le programme prévoit entre autres les travaux suivants : rajout de balcons, création d'ascenseurs, remplacement de ballons ECS, travaux extérieurs, rénovation des parties communes, etc. La présente consultation comprend également la construction d'un collectif de 13 logements sur le même site.
