Bouwteam met de intentie aansluitend een Uitvoeringsovereenkomst te gunnen. Het vervangen van asfalt is de primaire opdracht. Met samenwerken, procesbeheersing, duurzaamheid en beperken hinder als belangrijke speerpunten. Zie Selectieleidraad voor toelichting op de drie scenario's Scenario 1: Levensduur Verlengend Onderhoud. De verwachte opdrachtsom (uitvoeringsovereenkomst) van dit scenario wordt ingeschat op 3-4 mio. Scenario 2: Rehabilitatie. De verwachte opdrachtsom (uitvoeringsovereenkomst) van dit scenario wordt ingeschat op 7,5-8,5 mio. Scenario 3: Reconstructie. De verwachte opdrachtsom (uitvoeringsovereenkomst) van dit scenario wordt ingeschat op 9-12 mio*.
