Deze marktconsultatie dient ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding Regionale Jeugdhulp 2027 voor de zorgvorm Multidisciplinaire specialistische Jeugdhulp. Het Sociaal Domein Flevoland, hierna te noemen SDFL, hecht grote waarde aan de mening van marktpartijen en wil hen vroegtijdig en actief betrekken voordat de voorgenomen aanbesteding van start gaat. De inkoopdocumenten voor deze zorgvorm worden aan de hand van dialoogsessies met een geselecteerde groep aanbieders vormgegeven. Naast de gespreksverslagen worden er ook opnames gemaakt tijdens deze dialoogsessies. Om de transparantie gedurende dit proces te bewaken, worden de opnames en verslagen gepubliceerd via deze Tender.
