Delft Support is op zoek naar een regiesysteem voor het Sociaal Team op basis van SaaS. Het huidige regiesysteem CBP van het Sociaal Team van Delft Support is toe aan vervanging. Het Sociaal Team is een van de 4 teams binnen Delft Support en fungeert als de opdrachtgever voor deze Europese aanbesteding. Het Sociaal Team is belast met de coördinatie van hulpverlening aan de doelgroep met complexe multi-problematiek binnen Delft Support. Naar schatting €1.000.000,- o.b.v. de maximale looptijd van 9 jaar en 50 gebruikers.
