Description

Upphandlingen omfattar gemensam regelefterlevnadsfunktion för aktuella bolag. Regelefterlevnadsfunktionen är en av Beställarnas fyra legala och centrala nyckelfunktioner. Ansvarsområdet för funktionen fastslås i 10 kap. 16 § av Försäkringsrörelselagen (2010: 2043) ("FRL") samt i interna styrdokument. Funktionen rapporterar till bolagens styrelser och VD:ar avseende regelefterlevnaden för bolagets tillståndspliktiga verksamhet i enlighet med kraven i Solvens II-förordningens artikel 270. Observera att frågor kommer ej att besvaras mellan 20 juni till 12 augusti.
