Description
De gevraagde dienstverlening omvat: • Werving en selectie van interne en externe kandidaten via diverse (digitale) kanalen; • (Voor)selectie, screening, pre-employment checks en eventueel assessments; • Advisering bij functieprofielen en vacatureteksten; • Ondersteuning bij onboarding en procesoptimalisatie; • Inzet van technologie (o.a. ATS, AI-tools, data dashboards); • Advisering over arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en employer branding; • Borging van compliance, AVG, objectiviteit en inclusie; • Periodieke rapportages en evaluaties. De end-to-end recruitment samenwerking zal zich richten op alle functieniveaus en vervulling van vacatures in de volle breedte van de gemeentelijke organisatie (uitvoering, sociaal domein, jeugd, groen, duurzaamheid en bedrijfsvoering). Max €200.000,- per jaar
