Description
Het ICC, een iconisch-brutalistisch congrescentrum midden in het Citadelpark, wordt grondig gerenoveerd zodat het in de toekomst meer topcongressen kan aantrekken. Grote delen van het bestaande gebouw worden gesloopt en er wordt beperkt bijgebouwd. De footprint van het gebouw verkleint zodat er ruimte is voor meer park.
