Description
Les travaux prévoient, pour le quai Pré Long, l'aménagement d'une promenade en haut de berge, au niveau du trottoir, et d'une promenade basse en pied de berge (avec aménagement de banquettes d'hélophytes). Pour la digue de la rue de Strasbourg, située en domaine privé (Servitude d'Utilité Publique) et constituant les murets de clôture des parcelles des riverains, une attention particulière devra être portée aux travaux s'agissant de particuliers. Le système d'endiguement du quai Pré-Long est composé de : - La digue du quai du Pré-Long formée de la berge de Marne rehaussée et surmontée d'un mur anti-crue (750 ml), - Le mur anti-crue situé côté Ouest (aval) de la rue de Strasbourg qui ferme le système d'endiguement (130ml). Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le marché a pour objet les travaux de reconstruction des ouvrages du système d'endiguement du quai Pré-Long à Lagny-sur-Marne
