Scopul urmărit este de a realiza Reconstrucția Monumentului Pache Protopopescu conform Hotărârii Consiliului General al Municipiului București nr. 500/2019. În acest sens se impune organizarea unui concurs de soluții pentru realizarea Reconstrucție Monument Pache Protopopescu. Monumentul va fi amplasat pe vechiul amplasament în Piața Pache Protopopescu, Sector 2, București, pe locul unde este amplasată acum statuia Nicolae Bălcescu, autor Mircea Spătaru
