Description
Harstad municipality hereby gives notification that it intends to enter into a contract with Skanska Norge AS for the receipt of approx. 250,000 – 500,000 cubic metres of rock masses to Rødskjær with the possibility for further stone masses. The rock masses are offered delivered Rødskjær. Harstad municipality is considering the market so that it can only enter into contract with this supplier due to the development of Hålogalandsveien. Harstad municipality considers the offer from Skanska, with its very short transport distance, to be advantageous. Harstad municipality believes that it is legal to enter into a contract with Skanska Norge AS without announcing the competition and would like, via this intention notice, to inform the market about this.
