Description
Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le projet comprend d'une part en tranche ferme , le réaménagement de la place Chapou uniquement et l'agrandissement du parking Galdemar et d'autre part en tranche optionnelle le réaménagement du parking Galdemar et Tour de la Halle ( rue Nationale - place Saint Maurice)
