Description
La présente consultation a pour objet les travaux de réaménagement du bâtiment de l'Hôtel Dieu à Saint Chamond. Cette procédure ne concerne que le lot 5 Ravalement et maçonnerie de façades relancé suite à une précédente procédure déclarée sans suite et le lot 9 Doublages - cloisons - plafonds - peintures relancé suite à une précédente procédure déclarée infructueuse. Elle relève du code de la commande publique entré en vigueur au 1er avril 2019 et est menée en procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 et R2161-1 à R2161-5 dudit code. Les prestations du présent marché sont scindées en trois tranches d'exécution : une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles
