Predmetom zákazky je realizácia prieskumného vertikálneho geotermálneho vrtu GTŽ-1 do konečnej hĺbky 4000 m s možnosťou prehĺbenia o ďalších 100 m za účelom odberu geotermálnej vody (produkčný vrt) a druhého prieskumného usmerneného geotermálneho vrtu GTŽ-2 do konečnej vertikálnej hĺbky 3400 m (meraná hĺbka cca 3992 m) za účelom reinjektáže tepelne využitej geotermálnej vody (reinjektážny vrt) na parcele č. 2372 v katastrálnom území Lovča, okres Žiar nad Hronom, Banskobystrický kraj, Slovensko.
