Der Auslober, die Stadtgemeinde Braunau am Inn, beabsichtigt die zeitgemäße Generalsanierung und die Erweiterung der bestehenden Volksschule Neustadt auf dem Planungsgebiet. Zu diesem Zweck führt der Auslober einen Realisierungswettbewerb durch. Ziel des Wettbewerbes ist die Erlangung von Vorschlägen für die architektonische Umsetzung dieses Projektes in Form von Planungskonzepten (Vorentwürfen).
