La consultation porte sur la passation d'un contrat de service ayant pour objet la " Réalisation des études diagnostiques des filières agricoles et forestières dans les territoires pilotes dans le cadre du programme KOPEKOBA " en République du Congo. L'étendue des besoins à couvrir sont décrits dans le Cahier de charges. A noter que l'enveloppe financière indicative allouée à la prestation est estimée à 400 000 euros HT.
