La présente consultation concerne la réalisation des animations scolaires relatives à la prévention des déchets pour les années scolaires 2024/2025 à 2027/2028. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande.
