La consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de grosses réparations, d'entretien courant et d'améliorations du patrimoine bâti et non bâti pour le compte du Département de l'Oise. L'accord-cadre concerne le lot 10. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les caractéristiques techniques des travaux sont définies dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (commun à l'ensemble des lots) et le CCTP propre au lot 10.
