Le marché public a pour objet principal la réalisation de prestations multiservices pour le bâtiment dit du Grand Commun, bâtiment regroupant les activités support et administratives de l'Etablissement public du château, du musée et du domaine national de Versailles (ci-après EPV) mais également du Centre de recherche du château de Versailles (ci-après le « GIP » ou le « CRCV »).
