RÉALISATION D'ÉTUDES ET DE COMPTAGES DU TRAFIC ROUTIER ET/OU CYCLABLE L'accord-cadre est soumis au CCAG-FCS de 2021. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. - Etat des lieux des déplacements (comptages, comptages directionnels / enquêtes origine-destination des VL, PL, vélos) ; - Exploitation et analyse des données, modélisation multimodale des déplacements - Simulation dynamique et propositions d'aménagements pour l'amélioration de la sécurité ou des conditions de trafic ; - Simulation dynamique et propositions d'aménagements cyclables (à haut niveau de service) en site propre ; - Vérification des propositions vis à vis des objectifs de la Stratégie Nationale Bas Carbone (S.N.B.C.) ; - Réunions de démarrage et de restitution des prestations
