Description
Het werk omvat het realiseren van een uitkijk-/radartoren en een spiraalvormig toegangspad op de panoramaheuvel van circa 30 meter hoog in de Hedwigepolder. Daarnaast het bereikbaar maken van de panoramaheuvel door het realiseren van twee toegangsbruggen op houten palen en een parkeerterrein op/aan de zeedijk. De toegangsroutes bestaan uit een noordelijke route die ook geschikt is voor gemotoriseerd verkeer (calamiteiten, bevoorrading en onderhoud) en optioneel een zuidelijke wandelroute.
