Description
De opdracht omvat de renovatie van de operatieafdeling van het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC). Het gehele werk is in twee percelen verdeeld: 1. Bouwkundige werken. 2. Technische installaties. Inschrijving op deze aanbesteding en opdrachtverstrekking vindt plaats op basis van een namens het LUMC opgesteld Technisch Ontwerp (Stabu-bestek). De opdracht bestrijkt een oppervlakte van circa 2000 m2 en omvat op hoofdlijnen: + Het realiseren van 9 operatiekamers klasse 1, inclusief de annex gelegen ondersteunende en technische ruimten en kantoren. + Het bouwrijp maken van de bestaande afdelingen inclusief de bovengelegen technische ruimte. + Het opwaarderen van de buitengevel. + Het herstructureren en uitbreiden van de techniekruimte op de 5e verdieping. De renovatie zal gefaseerd plaatsvinden over een periode van ruim 5 jaar. Voor meer informatie wordt verwezen naar de selectieleidraad.
