De huidige huisvesting van district Zeehaven (eenheid Rotterdam), gelegen aan de Sint Jobsweg 2 en 6 en de Neckarweg 50 te Rotterdam, is verouderd en ondersteunt de noodzakelijke integrale werkwijze onvoldoende. Om te voorzien in toekomstbestendige en passende huisvesting is begin 2023 de locatie Tarwezand 30–32 aan de Madroelhaven in Pernis in ondererfpacht verworven.
