Description

Middels een fusie tussen twee scholen wil SKOW een kindcentrum realiseren met een omvang van circa 2.760 m2. Het contract met de aannemer zal traditioneel worden vormgegeven op basis van het uitgewerkte Technisch Ontwerp (TO) door het integraal ontwerpteam. In de gunningsfase zal voor het prijscriterium gewerkt worden met een bodembedrag van €8.000.000,- exclusief btw en een plafondbedrag van 10.000.000,- exclusief btw (prijspeil 2025).
