Description
Het realiseren van het nieuwbouwproject in het centrum van Helmond, direct ten zuiden, van het Huis van de Stad. Voor de realisatie van dit project is gekozen voor een ‘traditionele’ aanpak. Dit betekent dat het ontwerp en de daadwerkelijk bouw separaat van elkaar worden aanbesteed. Voor het ontwerp heeft de Politie een Total Engineer onder leiding van architect De Twee Snoeken een opdracht verstrekt om een integraal ontwerp te realiseren. Het finale ontwerp zal in stabu-bestekken worden verwoord.
