Description
Für die Prozessierung von Halbleiterbauelementen im Rahmen der Forschung und Entwicklung wird ein erprobtes System für das Reaktive Ionen Ätzen (RIE) benötigt. Das RIE-System muss das kontrollierte und reproduzierbare Ätzen der III-V-Verbindungshalbleiter GaAs und InP sowie das Ätzen von dielektrischen Materialien wie zum Beispiel SiO2 und Si3N4 ermöglichen.
