Description
Bij de Core Facility Genomics (CFG) en de Hematologie laboratoria afdeling van het Amsterdam UMC wordt ter voorbereiding voor Single Cell sequencing, gebruik gemaakt van een instrument van 10X Genomics. Op dit systeem, de Chromium iX kunnen zowel levende als gefixeerde cellen of geïsoleerde nuclei verwerkt worden. Zowel de CFG als de Hematologie laboratoria afdeling heeft de behoefte aan hoogwaardige, up-to-date reagentia die compatibel zijn met de nieuwste workflows en toepassingen van 10X Genomics. De beschikbaarheid van deze reagentia maakt het mogelijk om efficiënt en kosteneffectief gefixeerde én levende cellen te verwerken, onder andere voor de toepassing 2 van combinaties zoals gene expression profiling, ATAC-seq, V(D)J sequencing, protein profiling en CRISPR screening. Een vergelijk van verschillende platforms in de huidige markt laat zien dat 10X Genomics,met de Chromium iX, het enige platform is dat op grote schaal multi-omics data genereert in één geïntegreerde workflow. 475.000,- aan reagentia op jaarbasis
