Die Beschaffung betrifft ein neues zukunftssicheres Sprachdokumentationssystem gem. den Anforderungen der Leistungsbeschreibung, welches von dem Auftragnehmer als funktionale Einheit in die übergeordnete IT-Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers integriert werden soll. Das Sprachdokumentationssystem besteht aus Hardware- und Standardsoftwarekomponenten. Überdies sind weitere Leistungen zur Erstellung des Werkes sowie nach Abnahme geschuldet, z.B. Systemservice.
