Description
SA Tartu Kiirabi (Hankija) ostab erinevaid, igapäevases töös kasutatavaid, ravimeid. Käesoleva hankemenetluse raames sõlmitava hankelepingu raames on Hankijal õigus osta igalt pakkumuse esitanud Pakkujalt pakutavaid ravimeid kuni 210 000 euro ulatuses. Hankeleping sõlmitakse 36 kuuks. Hankija sõlmib hankelepingu kõigi pakkujatega, kes esitavad vastavaks tunnistatud ja edukaks tunnistatud pakkumuse. Vastavaks tunnistatakse pakkumus, mis seisneb pakutavate toodete hinnakirja esitamises.
