Description
Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einen Neubau eines Rathauses mit Tiefgarage. Im EG befindet sich der Hauswasseranschluss mit Enthärtungsanlage. Für die Entwässer des UG wird eine freistehende ,fäkalienfreie Hebeanlage im Pumpenschacht montiert. Im DG befindet sich eine Kondensathebeanlage. Die Warmwassererzeugung wird dezentral über elektrische Kleinspeicher und Durchlauferhitzer sichergestellt. Im EG befindet sich drei WC-Räume, ein Putzmittelraum sowie eine Teeküche. Im 1. OG und 2. OG befinden sich jeweils zwei WC-Räume.
