Hankinnan kohteena on raskaan linja-autokaluston renkaat sekä niihin sopivat levypyörät sekä mahdolliset rengastyöt. Rengastyöllä tarkoitetaan renkaiden asentamista vanteelle, vanteella olevan renkaan typpitäyttöä, renkaan paikkauksia ja muita korjauksia, renkaan tasapainotuksia sekä vanteiden huoltoa. Rengastyöllä ei tarkoiteta renkaiden asennusta linja-autojen alle tai muuta vastaavaa työtä, joka pitäisi suorittaa jossain muualla kuin tarjoajan omissa tiloissa.
