Rammeaftalen omfatter sanering og fornyelse af kloaksystemet og drikkevandssystemet i Horsens Syd. Overordnet omfatter arbejdet separatkloakering af ca. 650 matrikler ved udskiftning af eksisterende fællesledning og etablering af nye regn- og spildevandsledninger i ca. 2400 m fællesgrav og ca. 3000 m i enkelt grav samt etablering af ca. 5000 m nye drikkevandsledninger.
