Forsvaret ønsker at indgå en rammeaftale på indkøb af tekniske IT-projekt- og teamledere. Forsvaret ønsker en aftale, der kan anvendes til flere forskellige projekter og driftsopgaver rundt omkring i Forsvaret. Opgaverne vil således dække program- og projektstyring inden for it-området, hvoraf nogle projekter vil kræve en omfangsrig it-specialistviden.
