Předmětem plnění VZ jsou práce na stavební údržbě objektů nemocnice a drobné stavební úpravy dle aktuálních požadavků zadavatele. Jedná se zejména o: urgentní stavební činnosti nezbytné pro urychlené zabezpečení řádného provozu nemocnice, většinou v návaznosti na havárie či jiné urgentní potřeby; stavebně udržovací činnosti za účelem postupné modernizace nemocnice; stavebně udržovací práce aj.

- Price — Jako nejvýhodnější bude hodnotící komisí hodnocena nabídka, ve které je uvedena nejnižší hodnota koeficientu a nabídka s nejvyšší hodnotou koeficientu jako nejméně výhodná.
