Běžná údržba vozovek a chodníků, tj. zejména opravy asfaltových konstrukcí komunikací, dlážděných krytů komunikací, kaveren a odvodnění komunikací, opravy a údržby dopravně-bezpečnostního zařízení (např. svodidla, zábradlí), dále též technologie prodlužující životnost a ošetření spár; Souvislá údržba vozovek a chodníků, tj. práce v souvislých úsecích, sloužící k zachování a obnově pasivních vlastností komunikací; ve vztahu k pozemním komunikacím ve správě Zadavatele, a to průběžně dle aktuálních potřeb Zadavatele a objektivních podmínek k realizaci těchto prací.
