Předmětem plnění RD je: a) poskytování licencí a Software Assurance k programovým prostředkům (software) společnosti Microsoft v rámci licenčního programu Enterprise Agreement, vyjma produktů označovaných „Azure“; b) poskytování produktů společnosti Microsoft označovaných „Azure“, vyjma produktů třetích stran (Azure MarketPlace), které nejsou součástí kategorie produktů Microsoft Azure, a to dle požadavků Centrálního zadavatele a/nebo Pověřujících zadavatelů v souvislosti s pořizováním plnění na základě této Rámcové dohody.
