Kumbro Stadsnät AB bygger ut det lokala fibernätet i båda städerna och på landsbygden. Kumbro Stadsnät AB har under åren byggt ut ett stomnät som täcker stora delar av Örebro och Kumla. Den fortsatta utbyggnaden kommer huvudsakligen att bestå av att ansluta kunder nära det befintliga stomnätet. Upphandlingen avser ramavtal som ingås mellan Kumbro Stadsnät AB och en eller flera leverantörer och avser leverantör av optomaterial.
