Ramavtalet omfattar byggadministrativa tjänster så som projektledning, byggledning och installationssamordning inom Fastighetsområdet (FO) Regeringsbyggnader. Beställarens uppdrag ställer krav på kompetens inom bygg och installationsprojekt gentemot byggnader med högt kulturhistoriskt värde och säkerhet. Erfarenhet och förmåga hos konsulten krävs för att kunna ta hänsyn till objektens speciella egenskaper och komplexitet. SFV fastställer vid avrop vilken kompetens som efterfrågas för respektive upprag.
