Upphandling av ramavtal för isolertransformatorer vars syfte är att säkerställa att Svenska kraftnät har tillgång till Isolertransformatorer så att investerings- och underhållsprojekt smidigt kan genomföras. Avtal kommer tecknas med max tre (3) leverantörer och avrop kommer ske genom förnyad konkurrens.
