Description
Ramavtal för konsulttjänster avseende fastighetsvärdering inom området Vänersborgs kommun. Ramavtalet omfattar samtliga kategorier av fastigheter och nyttjanderätter. Uppdragen kan även gälla marknadsanalyser, analyser av hyres- och arrendenivåer, fastighetspriser eller fastighetsekonomiska uppdrag i samband med expropriationsärenden. Ramavtal tecknas med högst 3 rangordnade konsulter, förutsatt att det finns minst 3 som uppfyller kvalificeringskraven.
