Avtalet bygger på en nära samverkan med beställaren och med ett totalentreprenadansvar enligt ABT 06. Någon garanterad volym kan inte utlovas. Avrop kommer att ske löpande efter behov. Vid unika projekt kan separat upphandling komma att ske. Ramavtal avses tecknas med en entreprenör.
