Upphandlingen utgör en ramavtalsupphandling och består av två självständiga Anbudsområden enligt följande: - Anbudsområde 1 - förvaltnings- och utvecklingstjänster för Applikationer avser Regionen att teckna ramavtal med maximalt fyra (4) ramavtalsleverantörer. - Anbudsområde 2 - förvaltnings- och utvecklingstjänster för Webb avser Regionen att teckna ramavtal med maximalt fyra (4) ramavtalsleverantörer. Avrop från ramavtalet kommer att ske utifrån förnyad konkurrensutsättning.
