Helsingin kaupunkiympäristön toimiala kilpailutti rakentamiskelpoisuuteen liittyvien analyysipalveluiden puitejärjestelyn hankintarenkaana yhdessä Helsingin kaupungin rakentamispalveluliikelaitoksen Staran kanssa. Tilaaja teettää laboratorioanalyysejä Helsingin alueen rakentamiseen liittyvistä tutkimuskohteista, kunnostustyömailta sekä välivarastointi-, loppusijoitus- sekä käsittelyalueilta.
