Hankinnan kohteena on Kuopion Tilapalveluiden hallinnassa olevien tilojen rakennuttamis- ja valvontatehtävät Hankkeen johtamisen ja rakennuttamisen tehtäväluettelon HJR18 (RT 11284), Talonrakennustöiden työmaavalvonnan tehtäväluettelon (RT 103171) ja Talotekniikkatöiden työmaavalvonnan tehtäväluettelon (RT 103172) mukaisesti sopimuskaudella.
