Rääkkylän on pyytänyt tarjouksia puitejärjestelyn solmimiseksi rakennusvalvonnan paperiarkistoinnin siirrosta digitaaliseen muotoon huomioiden pysyvän säilyttämisen vaatimukset Kansallisarkiston voimassa olevien määräysten ja ohjeiden mukaisesti. Digitointipalvelu sisältää lisäksi digitointisuunnitelmien valmistelevat ja/ tai laadintaan liittyvät tehtävät, selvitykset sekä perehtyminen ko. kunnan digitoinnin perusteisiin. Puitejärjestelmässä ovat mukana Rääkkylän kunnan lisäksi Lemin kunta, Posion kunta, Lapinlahden kunta, Kaskisten kaupunki, Kankaanpään kaupunki, Parkanon kaupunki, Enonkosken kunta, Kauhavan kaupunki , Kiteen kaupunki ja Kihniön kunta.
