Hankinnan kohteena on rakennusten ylläpitoon ja pienkorjaustöihin liittyvät kiinteistöhuollon sähkö- ja LVI-tarvikkeiden hankinta. Tarkempi hankinnankuvaus tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Tähän hankintaan ei kuulu rakennusurakoihin liittyvät tuotteet ja tarvikkeet. Kaikkien toimitettavien tuotteiden tulee soveltua ammattikäyttöön, niitä käytetään esimerkiksi huoltoon ja korjaamiseen, kiinteistön ja talotekniikan ylläpitoon.
