Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:n rakennusautomaatiotöiden rakennuttaminen ja valvonta. Tilaaja tekee edellä mainittuja töitä myös omalla henkilöstöllä. Tehtävissä noudatetaan ohjeita RT 10-10982 Rakennuttajan työturvallisuusvelvoitteet, RT 10-11284 Hankkeen johtamisen ja rakennuttamisen tehtäväluettelo ja RT 103172 Talotekniikkatöiden työmaavalvonnan tehtäväluettelo. Tilaajalla on käytössään erikseen puitesopimus talotekniikkatöiden rakennuttamiseen ja valvontaan.
