Description
La majeure partie des prestations dans le domaine informatique par le personnel de BLS. Néanmoins, les besoins en ressources sont soumis à des fluctuations, ce qui explique que certains projets soient réalisés avec des partenaires externes. Des ressources externes peuvent être nécessaires pour fournir des prestations à caractère contractuel ou d'entreprise, entre autres pour les motifs suivants: * Remédier à la saturation provisoire des capacités * Utiliser des connaissances spéciales * Benchmark; demander un deuxième avis * Apporter un point de vue extérieur Afin de pouvoir recourir à lʼavenir à des ressources externes, BLS a besoin de partenaires liés par un contrat-cadre pour différentes prestations dans le domaine informatique.
