Description
Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens vergibt der Freistaat Bayern (Auftraggeber) – hier vertreten durch die Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg – für 9 staatliche Universitäten und 23 staatliche Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften/Technische Hochschulen/Kunst- und Musikhochschulen sowie 3 Universitätsklinika (Anstalten des öffentlichen Rechts), die Universität der Bundeswehr München, 3 Kirchliche Universitäten/Hochschulen/Kunst- und Musikhochschulen und 2 weitere akademische Einrichtungen sowie deren mitversorgte Einrichtungen (im Einzelnen siehe die unter Ziffer 2 genannten teilnehmenden und zu beliefernden Einrichtungen) einen Rahmenvertrag für den Bezug von Notebooks und mobilen Workstations gemäß dem Leistungsverzeichnis des Verfahrens. Vergabestelle ist die Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg als staatliche Einrichtung in Vertretung des Freistaats Bayern. Die Vergabe erfolgt in 3 Losen: - Los 1: Notebooks und mobile Workstations - Los 2: Detachable Tablets - Los 3: Mobile Workstations mit Consumer GPUs
