Description
Die Auftraggeber planen, innerhalb einer Rahmenvertragsvereinbarung Notebooks und Docking Stations des Herstellers Hewlett Packard über eine Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren von einem Auftragnehmer zu beschaffen. Als Ergebnis dieser Ausschreibung soll ein Rahmenvertrag auf Basis von VOL/B und EVB-IT Kaufvertrag zwischen den Auftraggebern, der Mobil ISC GmbH und der Mobil Betriebskrankenkasse, im Nachfolgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt, und einem Bieter, im Nachfolgenden auch Auftragnehmer (AN) genannt, abgeschlossen werden.
