Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Rahmvertrags sind Dienstleistungen des Auftragnehmers zur Erstkontakt-Endanwenderbetreuung (Front Desk) sowie damit zusammenhängende Dienstleistungen zur Transition und Migration.
